  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • You may return an item within 30 days of the original purchase date.
    • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and undamaged.
    • It should not be missing any parts or components.

  2. Return Process

    • To initiate a return, follow these steps:
      1. Contact Customer Service: Fill out the contact form in our website to be guided through the process and provide a picture of the product 
      2. Return Authorization: You’ll receive a return authorization number (RMA) along with detailed instructions.
      3. Packaging: Securely package the item in its original box or a similar protective container.
      4. Shipping Label: We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.
      5. Drop-off: Take the package to your nearest shipping center or schedule a pickup

    Note that the item is not eligible for return if a stone, metal, or price tag has been removed
